We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or style preference.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at aydee.apparel@gmail.com or sending us a whatsapp message on +91-9211499864 with the following:
Order number
Clear pictures or videos of the defect
Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on product availability. We will refund in your bank account in 5-6 working days.
Important Guidelines:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet our return conditions.
